I’m giving it 2 stars because the product itself was fine, but getting help was way slower than I expected. I sent a message and ended up waiting several days before anyone got back to me, which was frustrating.
When they finally replied, it felt kind of rushed and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I had to follow up again, and there was just something about it that made the whole experience feel more annoying than it needed to be. Not the worst, but the customer service definitely needs to be quicker.

The cooler looks nice enough and it does work, but I regret not paying closer attention to the size. I was hoping it would hold enough drinks and food for a weekend trip, but it filled up way faster than I expected. I ended up having to leave a few things behind, which was frustrating. It’s okay for smaller outings, but if you need real storage space, I’d probably look at a bigger option.

Not gonna lie, I’m impressed with this cooler. It feels sturdy right away, not like some cheap plastic one. The lid closes nicely, the plastic feels thick, and the handles seem solid enough that I’m not worried about them breaking. I’ve had a few coolers over the years, and this one definitely feels better put together than most. Happy with it so far

I’ve used this cooler for a few weekend trips now, the thing I appreciate most is how easy it is to clean afterward.

Compared to my old cooler, which always seemed to hang onto smells no matter what I did, this one rinses out really well. After camping, I just used a little soap, wiped the corners, and it was good to go, even after food and melted ice had been sitting in it all day.

As long as it stays upright, it seems to do its job okay. But if it gets knocked over or shifts around too much, I’ve noticed a little water can sneak out around the lid, which is kind of disappointing.

I bought this mostly because I was tired of dragging around coolers that feel like they’re trying to ruin my day. This one is actually light, and I can lift it in and out of the car without having to bother anyone for help, which is exactly what I wanted.
